U.S. Problems Kept from Boiling Over For Caribbean Magnate in Hot Water

      MIAMI—Besieged by legal problems in foreign courts, a wealthy Caribbean businessman counted on the Miami-based law firm KPKB to keep American business affiliates at bay while he resolved his difficulties abroad.
