Addition of Boca Raton-based Bradley S. Shraiberg and Leslie S. Osborne increases firm’s South Florida presence

MIAMI – June 20, 2005 – The South Florida law firm of Kluger, Peretz, Kaplan & Berlin P.L. (KPKB) continues it strategic growth plan with the addition of Bradley S. Shraiberg and Leslie S. Osborne to head its Palm Beach County Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice in Boca Raton.

Kluger, Peretz, Kaplan & Berlin’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice stretches throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County, allowing it to serve its Florida, national and global clients with depth and resources.

Bradley S. Shraiberg, who joins the firm as “of counsel,” focuses his practice on bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, workouts and creditors’ rights litigation. He represents corporate and individual debtors, trustees, receivers, asset purchasers, financial institutions, and other secured and unsecured creditors. Throughout his career, Shraiberg has worked on a multitude of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings, represented every panel trustee in Palm Beach County, and filed one of the largest bankruptcies in the history of the Southern District of Florida.

Admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Shraiberg is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the South Palm Beach Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Additionally, he serves as director and chairman of the local rules committee of the Bankruptcy Bar for the Southern District of Florida. Shraiberg’s academic credentials include a B.A. in English and psychology from the University of Miami and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. 

Leslie S. Osborne will focus his practice in bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, assignments for benefit of creditors, and creditors' rights litigation. A panel trustee for the Unites States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and a certified mediator, Osborne currently represents corporate and individual debtors, trustees, creditors and creditor's committees.
