Attorney Andrew GoldAndrew Gold was invited to speak at the Second Annual Judicial Symposium on Critical Issues in Construction Defect Litigation sponsored by the AEI-Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies in Washington D.C. Attended by more than 200 judges from around the country on March 30-31, 2006, Mr. Gold addressed ways that judges could effectively manage their dockets in light of the growing complexities associated with construction defect litigation. The AEI-Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies is a joint project of the American Enterprise Institute and the Brookings Institution, the primary purpose of which is to educate and hold lawmakers and regulators accountable for their decisions by providing thoughtful, objective analyses of existing programs and proposals.
