By: Daniel Ostrovsky
Publication: Daily Business Review (Excerpted)
Date: October 30, 2006

According to the article, lenders Gibraltar and Textron Financial obtained summary judgement while Nearing filed a third-party complaint. It also stated that Nearing could not afford to keep the jet because Cessna failed to properly evaluate and repair it. The jet, he said, was the primary generating asset for his air charter companies, earning $75,000 a month. To read more, please click here.
