    • Fighting the Myth of “Toxic Mold”

Company executives are required to keep a steady focus on their core business even while engaged in contentious disputes or high stakes litigation. That is where the stress sets in and that is where KPKB fits in, taking the daily stress of disputes or litigation off the desks and drawing boards of executives in the construction and building trades. As lawyers, we are trained to handle the legal details, the battles, and the controversies. Our experience is tried and tested every day we take disputes to the negotiating table or the courtroom.

Construction clients have engaged us for;

·        alternative dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration

·        appeal in all tribunals, both foreign and domestic

·        mold related litigation

·        analysis and defense of construction contracts and related bonds

·        claim recognition and defense of defect, delay and equitable adjustments

·        construction lien and bond claim perfection, foreclosure and defense

·        identification of, and strategic advice regarding the avoidance and early resolution of actual, and potential problems which could delay the project

·        reduce and/or avoid confrontational relationships with other project participants

We represent property owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, specialty trade contractors, material suppliers, and governmental bodies both foreign and domestic.
