“I aggressively pursue all available options to bring the quickest, most rewarding resolution to my clients' disputes. My clients count on me to act as their trusted legal advisor and assist them in making informed legal decisions that affect them in business and personally.”
Michael T. Landen, Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Michael focuses his practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Within this focus he has represented clients in manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, education and retail entities.
“Clients want the peace of mind to attend to their personal and business matters while knowing that their legal matters are being managed proactively in their best interest. I provide my clients that critical piece of mind that allows them to do what they do best without worrying about whether their case is being properly managed.”
Michael has been recognized by his peers as among the top 2% of lawyers in South Florida in the South Florida Business Journal's "The Best of the Bar" and the 2007 Florida Trend's "Legal Elite."
From Michael’s Case Files
Helping Defeat Goliath: As a young lawyer, I had a tremendous opportunity to work with Alan Kluger on a great "David versus Goliath" type case. We represented a business owner who was wronged by a huge international company in connection with the sale of her business. We took the case through trial, where it ended with a great settlement for our client. We worked effectively and aggressively on behalf of our client to get her everything she deserved. It's nice to be able to right the wrongs of the business world when you can, as we did in that case.
