"I achieve favorable results tailored to my client's needs, while consciously striving to keep costs down. They like that I view the practice of law as a partnership between my clients and myself so that we can work together to achieve their goals."
Justin practices with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group handling commercial litigation, real estate litigation and employment law defense. Prior to joining the firm, Justin gained experience litigating various disputes involving complex commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury, and labor defense. He's a dedicated attorney and advocate for his clients in a wide variety and litigation matters such as complex business disputes, business tort litigation, insurance bad faith claims, and securities and commercial class actions.
"I practice law because it is a hands-on profession. Whatever it is that I may be doing always has a purpose. Every stroke of the pen or oration in the courtroom is a step towards scoring a goal for my team--the clients."
