Primarily engaged in complex corporate disputes and litigation involving financial fraud, defense of public companies in breach of duty claims, and professional liability, Steve has also been retained as legal counsel in several securities fraud class actions. One representative case involved a former public company officer in a securities fraud class action arising out of a $530,000,000 IPO and subsequent financial disclosures.
Clients benefit from the depth and breadth of Steve's legal experience. For an example of his diverse experience; Steve has been counsel to receivers and the FDIC in large, complex failed financial institution litigations and asset recovery investigations, and he led a successful commercial class action against a major international automobile manufacturer. In matters related to distressed real estate, Steve has experience defending lender liability claims, litigating memberhip interest rights, and all aspects of real property litigation.

Saving Floridians from Faulty Tires: A successful resolution of a consumer class-action filed against a major tire manufacturer compelled the manufacturer to immediately provide replacement tires to Florida residents after repeated tire failures caused many severe injuries and deaths.
