Todd’s approach is to understand both the business and legal intricacies of contracts, deals, and transactions so that he can dissect them skillfully when called upon to defend or attack them in a court of law.  While in law school, Todd was recognized for the best academic performance in his course work in Florida Land Transactions. Today he is entrusted with, among other disputes, real-life real estate litigation matters for his clients.

An innovator, initiator and lover of various media, Todd brings to his legal work the same enthusiasm he engaged as founder of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society at the University of Florida College of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of Florida, he was Art Director and Assistant Creative Director for the nationally renowned "Gator Growl."

Winning the Case and All Costs:  We represented a developer/seller who was being sued by a real estate broker for a commission.  The broker contended that it had registered the buyer with the seller and was the procuring cause of the sale.  But our client, the seller, didn’t believe any commission was due.  The broker wasn’t willing to compromise with my client.  We prevailed in the case and were able to recover from the broker 100 percent of the fees and costs our client spent defending itself against the broker's claims. 

Thrilling a Client:  We represented the trustee of a trust that had hundreds of thousands of dollars misappropriated from it.  After conducting discovery and obtaining certain critical information, I was able to convince our adversary that his legal position was flawed.  As a result, we were able to recover the vast majority of the misappropriated funds.  Our client was thrilled with the result and thanked me enthusiastically for recovering the missing funds.
